Infant Massage Workshop

I think this sounds fun and I have actually been reading a lot about the benefits of infant massaging lately. The instructor, Adina, was the instructor of the prenatal strength on the ball class I took at East Bank. Check out the article she wrote for more information. During a Infant Massage workshop, I  teach a massage routine that involves specific baby massage techniques, yoga/pilates stretches, and singing .   In the class we will also discuss:
