Day 2 in Paris with the Nierengartens included much less walking, a double decker bus tour, Saint Chapelle, the Eiffel Tower, a kind and curious Asian family, and a beautiful boat cruise on the Seine River at sunset. Can you believe this was your second time visiting Paris and you're not even 1 year old? Good thing you're free! Click HERE for a recap of your first time in Paris with Daddy and the Vetors.
Love, Mummy
We took the Hop-on Hop-off bus around Paris, which was perfect for our big group. It was very interesting getting you and your HUGE pram on and off the bus. In the States your pram is one of the smallest, but in Europe it is definitely one of the biggest.
Grammie Mo and Uncle Matt did a great job pointing out the different hot spots in Paris to you.
We were all very excited to go to the beautiful San Chapelle. I walked upstairs first so I could capture Grammie Mo's priceless expression for her Mommy (Great-Grandma Jo). Click HERE for the link to our first visit to the church as well as Great-Grandma Jo's description.
Grandpa Den was really into the stained glass. He was reading all about how to make and repair it. He really seemed to appreciate the hard work that went into the upstairs of San Chapelle.
A trip to Paris isn't complete without the classic tourist pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower. Almost every night at dinner I asked the family what their favorite part was of the day. On this day, Grammie Mo said it was spending the time with all of us walking around and under the Eiffel Tower. As well as taking all of these fun pictures.
How big is Grace? SOOOOO BIG!
I can't even begin to tell you how much of a trend the pictures below have become. You'll see a lot more of similar ones in future posts. The little girl's name is Moon and she kept saying, "Hi, Grace. I'm Moon like the Moon in the sky."
I'll end today's post with two of my favorite pictures I have taken of the Eiffel Tower.
