There is still little-- okay, basically no progress since our last appointment on Thursday. We had an ultrasound first this morning, which told us that you, your fluid levels and the placenta are doing great. Our next step is to either have our next appointment, ultrasound and a non stress test on Saturday and possibly be induced on Monday. Or have all three of those appointments on Monday and possibly be induced on Wednesday.
The ultrasound was interesting. Daddy and I were really excited to see you 20 weeks after the last time. This was a first for us since your sister, Grace was 4 days early. We were thinking we'd get to see so many more details, especially during the 3D ultrasound. Silly us. You were all scrunched up in the fetal position with your hand in front of your face so it was very difficult to get a good view. The tech said the 20 week ultrasounds are way more exciting since you're able to move with all the extra room. We weren't even able to get a good enough view for a picture. We're planning on having many opportunities for better photo opps in the near future.
According to the ultrasound you are 7 lbs. 12 oz. with the disclaimer of being off up to 18 oz. either way. Daddy and I both literally laughed out loud. 18 oz. lighter or heavier is a HUGE difference.
