Dear Grace,
Grandma Patti and Papa Lon caught their taxi late morning on their last day with us. We had enough time to show them what I thought would be a typical day in the life of Mummy and Grace. We walked up to Holland Park, texting Amber along the way to see if her and her boys were around. It ended up being way more eventful than our usual visits to the park. There was some sort of a play dress rehearsal, a French couple dancing for at least an hour on the oversized chess board, and we saw peahens for our first time. *peacocks are the beautiful, brightly colored males. Enjoy!
Love, Mummy
You started your morning watching TV on Papa Lon's lap while Grandma Patti and I got ready.
Photo opp with your grandparents in Holland Park
Oh how you adore your Papa Lon. You couldn't take your eyes off of him. It was almost like you knew we were a couple hours away from saying our goodbyes.
Amber and her boys were able to meet up with us and meet your grandparents. Coltan shares my obsession with the peacocks.
Trying to close a deal out. Money never sleeps.
We took advantage of having Ms. Amber as our photographer.
They're not female peacocks. They're called peahens. ;)
We were in Holland Park for about an hour. We first saw this couple as we arrived and they were still there as we were leaving. This is the most PG picture I had captured of their romantic moment. She's not in the picture, but there was a young Asian woman snapping pictures of them the entire time as well. Like I said, this ended up not being a typical day for us.
1...2...3 bees! bzzzzzz
Goodbye, Grandma Patti and Papa Lon. We love you very much. Thanks a million for taking time away from your trip to Sweden to come visit us in London. We will always cherish our memories of the fun-filled summer days spent together running around London, England!
Love and miss you always! xoxo
